❶ pregnancy: didn’t prioritize workouts. Felt sluggish. Uncomfortable in my new body. Longer postpartum process to building a body I felt g o o d in.
❹ pregnancy: continue to push my strength training! Feeling my MOST sexy pregnant self 🥰 & I know the road to my strongest & most confident postpartum self will not only be easy but one I’ll e n j o y!
Over the years I’ve learned that pregnancy is an AWESOME time to work on strength!
Becoming a mother requires so much, including lifting babies/toddlers up d a i l y.
Prenatal fitness can help with:
