Exciting (and yummy) changes coming in my kitchen this year! 😋

After nearly a year of baking artisan sourdough breads and treats from my humble home kitchen, I've learned a lot!

Based on my learnings and loyal customer feedback, here's what's evolving in 2026:
💙 New menu items and customization options
💙 Updated pricing for some items (to balance the increasing costs of ingredients and business expenses)
💙 New catering and bundle options

What's NOT changing:
✅ My menu favourites will be staying (especially my sandwich breads and famous lemon loaf).
✅ I will still be attending local markets (i've got 3 booked so far)
✅ I will still be offering local pick-up options on select days

Pricing will be announced soon and will take effect on February 1.

Here's what's for sale from my home kitchen this week:

🍞 WEDNESDAY: Sandwich Loaves ($6 each, add $1 for everything seeded)
🍞 FRIDAY: English Muffins (4 for $5)

Spent the last few days baking for some special holiday orders and for my family holidays.

Here’s some of the baking used in 14 holiday tins for a customer!

(182 cookies were put in cookie tins…The leftovers are being given as gifts and fed to my family for Christmas)

Christmas morning breakfast was never easier (or more delicious!)

👉 Indulge in large-size cinnamon buns with drizzled icing. Just reheat and serve warm. (4 for $15)

Christmas cookie tins are SOLD OUT...but you can still order Christmas treat trays (if you order TODAY).

Choose from 4 types of cookies, and 2 dessert loaves (min 6 per variety)

👀 12 cookies + 6 full-sized loaf slices = $25
👀 24 cookies + 12 full-sized loaf slices = $45
👀 24 cookies = $20

You can also order FULL LOAVES of my popular iced lemon loaf ($15) or Gingerbread ($20).

Everything will be baked fresh next week and ready for pick-up on Dec 24.

The ONLY catch...is orders for Christmas are due by midnight tonight (so I have time to purchase ingredients and supplies).

I’m making a large order of cookies for a customer pickup the week of Christmas (he’s gifting tins of 13 cookies each to his family members!)

Who else wants in on this bake? Customize your treat tray with your favourite sourdough cookies or loaves.
