"Supper's a delicate meal" - Graphite on paper, 2021.
The second drawing for the skateboard's project done. Kind of l my favorite out of the two, I don't I've ever painted a snake before, this is the chance for me to try. There's a few effects I want to try with the skin of the snake, like with the tail that slowly shifts into a new pattern, a new texture.
So far, I like the concept too. There's is something quite disturbing to see death hanging like that. The bird is trapped and doomed to die only for another one to live. What would you do in this situation, what could you do?
Once I receive the skateboards, I'll be able to start the project with my parts and then let the guys from NTY complete the designs with their own ideas. I can't wait to start already 🙏🏻

"Lost Memories" - Oil on wood panel, 8" x 10", 2021.
After a few layers of glazes and retouching some areas with a few more details, the artwork's done!
Althought the shadows on the 'ground' might look less refined than the rest, I like the effect of the colors mixed with the background. I'm also pretty happy with the flames, they look so vibrant and alive. The overall looks pretty good, maybe not as realistic as I would've liked but we can't always get what we want right!☠
I think that should do it for this painting, the final results are pretty satisfying. I'm already starting a new project once again for "Memories from a past not yours". I hope to be able to finish it this week-end so I can start next week the 4th artwork for the same series. I like the direction the initiave's going towards, I'm slowly but surely building up towards more complex and deeper concepts for the series alongside preparing more bigger formats for bigger artworks 💪🏻
