SAMSA a développé un service d’Accompagnement des personnes âgées.
Le but de ce service est de permettre de faciliter les déplacements extérieurs des personnes âgées :
*Rendez-vous médicaux.
*Visite dans la Famille ou chez des Amis.
*Coiffeur.
*Courses.
*Sorties Loisirs ( Cinéma, spectacles, restaurant…)
*Ballade à la campagne, parcs et jardins.
*Lèche-vitrines en centre ville.
*Galeries marchandes.
Que vous habitiez chez vous, en foyer logement ou en maison de retraite, nous vous proposons ce service d’accompagnement.
Ces sorties contribuent pleinement au Bien-être de nos clients. Ils leur permettent de continuer à avoir une vie sociale, malgré l’isolement auquel ils peuvent être confrontés.

HOSPITAL TO HOME
We’re with you when you need help after coming home from the hospital.
After a hospital visit, you want to heal as quickly as possible. Did you know that not getting home support after a hospital stay is one of the top causes for people not healing quickly? Or for having to go back into the hospital?
Make sure you heal faster by getting temporary home support. Our care aides can help you with driving you to medical appointments, getting groceries, and whatever else you need to speed up your healing process.
We can even drive you home from the hospital and stay with you as you transition back home.
