Evolution Soudure

I recently completed a bore welding and line boring job on a loader. Prior to my work, the pins had been removed by another party using an oxylance, which caused damage to the internal surfaces of the bores.

To restore the integrity of the bores, I first repaired the damaged areas by welding up the affected faces. Once the surfaces were built up, I proceeded with bore welding and line boring on two sets of holes to bring them back to proper size and alignment.

Nice little racks I did for one of my client. They go in the hitch receiver of their trucks and are going to have a sign on them. Brushed aluminum finish and tig welded!
