Join us this Thursday, Dec 18 at Paradigm Spark in Calgary for a special cupping featuring 12 standout coffees from Colombia and Panama — a rare chance to taste some of the world’s most exclusive, limited-production, and high-performing lots in one place. These coffees represent years of innovation, experimentation, and dedication from some of the most respected farmers and producers in specialty coffee, and it’s not often that this many exceptional coffees are on the same table to taste together.

With the Canadian Brewer’s Cup coming up at our parent company’s Montreal office (Feb 13–15, 2026), this is the perfect opportunity for competitors to explore unique, high-scoring coffees that shine on the competition stage.

This event is a collaboration between Apex Coffee Imports and Paradigm Spark, and it’s free and open to everyone…roasters, competitors, coffee pros, and anyone curious to taste something exceptional.
