Mom’s birthday? It always hits me hard, just like any special day. Only those who truly love their mothers can understand the pain I feel. And each person varies. There is no limit or expiration on grieving. Some take days, weeks, months, and some take forever. Every feeling is valid.

Why must we honour our desires or satisfy our cravings?

For me, honouring our desires or satisfying our cravings helps us connect with our body’s needs, reduces stress-induced anxiety, provides mental satisfaction and promotes a positive mood to function effectively daily. Happy body; happy soul. 😘

Yong tipong gusto mo lang naman kumain ng mga maasim at isawsaw ito sa asin. (except the banana) 😋

Nagluto ng breakfast kanina habang nakipag-videocall sa kamukha ko (my lola). She’s so happy na she can finally see & read na sa socmed. 🙏 Thanks God for the successful surgery & for everything. 🙏
