Locally made yoga goods to help enhance your journey

Gentle Yoga starts back up tomorrow morning at the Port Carling Community Centre, main floor.
Previously Yoga for Seniors- while this class is still ideal for seniors, I’ve decided to open it up to welcome anyone looking for a gentle yoga practice- from beginners, to those healing through an injury or anyone looking to slow things down, breathe and move into stillness.
Anyone is welcome to drop-in, cost is $12. I always bring a couple extra mats for those who need to borrow.
