Funny thing. I thought my sports days were behind me.

Then divorce showed up, kicked open the door, and handed me a pickleball paddle.
Now I'm learning new things, meeting amazing people, competing again, and discovering that getting older doesn't mean getting smaller. It means getting bolder.
Sure, my knees occasionally send me strongly worded letters, but the rest of me is having a blast.

If you're in your 50s, 60s, or beyond and wondering if it's too late to try something new, it isn't.

Take the trip. Join the class. Play the game. Learn the sport. Say yes to the adventure.
