One of my besties got married🥹

It was one very emotional week!!

This week I sold 90% of my stuff and finally let go of Ottawa.

Ottawa is where I grieved my brother.

It's where I lost my power, and it's where I found it again.

It's where I've made undeniably beautiful friendships, and it's where I've shed versions of myself that were never really me.

I never felt safe in Ottawa, I mean I got electrocuted by my oven for goodness sake!!!

I have had a few "dark nights of the soul" in Ottawa.

But it's given me so much. The people here have given me so much, even the ones who have tried to hurt me.

Ottawa is where I decided that it's time I LIVE out my dreams. FULLY.

While I was packing up my life and grieving this place and my stuff I was surrounded by so much love. From the wedding, old friends, and new friends.

Instead of leaving with a heart full of sadness and grief...I left with a heart full of love, peace, and clarity.
and for that I am grateful.
