How does he do it?

In my opinion, the work started more than a decade ago.

Pierre is an incredibly hard worker, and he recognized the power of this format long before most politicians.

His first videos on YouTube — posted 12 years ago — have only a few hundred views, and likely many of those views are recent.

He didn't just wake up one day making incredible videos.

He put the work in.

He's made hundreds of videos over the past 10 years and become an exceptional writer, director, and performer.

He's got a fantastic team around him who help make these videos happen.

But make no mistake — nobody else in politics can do what Pierre is doing.

The lesson?

If you want to be amazing at something, you have to put in the work.
