I've signed up for a photography and food styling course in the spring. Can't wait!! Look for lots of posts in the coming months :)

- Custom Macarons orders (min 4 doz) for events or to stock your freezer :)
- Baking my way through the Bouchon Bakery cookbook ... heaven!
.. and my husband and I are building a new house!

Thank you to all of the host parents and international students who attended my holiday baking class on Saturday. It was a hectic, but fun day for me! I hope to see you again :)

I have to confess that in the past I've snubbed Whoopie Pies in favour of the more sophisticated French Macarons. Perhaps it was the lure of Paris that prevailed over NE USA. Nonetheless, I finally made Whoopie Pies and I'm bashfully delighted by them. I assumed that I would only have a bite ... just to test one, but found myself gobbling up the first, then a second, and well ...

Looking forward to sharing my Whoopie Pie recipe at Loblaws tomorrow :)
