treesANDbreathe is offering 1-hour experiences of freewriting in the comfort of your home.

In this introduction workshop, you will learn how to use freewriting and nature to:
-release stress
-feel in control
-increase self-awareness
-improve decision-making
You will write privately to guided prompts and will leave with enhanced feelings of peacefulness.
