Even the smallest spaces deserve intentional design, and this laundry room makeover proves that style and function can coexist—no matter the square footage. By maximizing vertical storage, choosing light, reflective finishes, and incorporating clean, cohesive details, this once-cramped corner now feels open, organized, and refreshingly modern. Every element was chosen with purpose—from the hardware to the shelving—to create a space that not only works hard but looks good doing it. It’s a reminder that great design isn’t about size—it’s about smart choices.

Maximizing Space ✨

To help our client maximize the space in their home, we transformed an underused Juliette balcony above the front entrance into a cozy and functional reading nook. By enclosing the balcony, we added valuable square footage and created a warm, light-filled retreat that feels both inviting and intentional. Thoughtfully designed with shelving, a comfy window seat, and soft lighting, the new space blends seamlessly with the rest of the home while offering a peaceful corner to unwind with a good book. This renovation is a perfect example of how small, creative changes can make a big impact.

The garage is an extension of the home, where function meets lifestyle.

We converted this 2 bay garage into one large drive in garage. This transformation not only improves maneuverability and access—especially for larger vehicles—but also enhances the overall aesthetic and usability of the garage. The renovation typically requires structural assessment to ensure proper support, possibly involving the installation of a load-bearing beam where the dividing wall or post stood. Once completed, the new unified garage space offers increased versatility, making it ideal for parking, storage, or even workshop use.

What began as a simple leak investigation for new homeowners quickly turned into a more extensive renovation project. The clients had noticed water damage around their shower area and asked us to investigate. Upon inspection, we discovered that the shower had not been waterproofed properly behind the tile — a serious oversight that could lead to long-term damage. We presented the homeowners with several options, and after reviewing the findings, they decided to move forward with a full rebuild of the shower. This allowed us to properly waterproof the space from the ground up, ensuring long-term durability and peace of mind for our clients.
