Free-standing tubs seem to be a huge trend and are requested a lot right now, but if you're a senior or short-legged, they're not great for a bath, not to mention trying to clean behind them between the wall and tub.
So if you have that kind of room and want a luxury bath, a sunken tub might be a better choice. I think my favourite for a reno is an alcove one that allows for an easy clean option that can be one step up or completely sunken .

Today Deags and I made vinegar pie - a “beloved recipe from the 1930’s - tasted as bad as it sounds and desert was Ogopogo ice-cream.
