A few more pictures from the Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 2 trip to the Lanark Fire Department yesterday.

A big thank you to Farmer Stephanie Nanne from Egg Farmers of Ontario for presenting the ‘Farm to Table Student Eggs-perience’ to our Grades 1-4 classes today.

Mr. Bob from the Mississippi Valley Field Naturalist helped the grade 3 and 4 students plant milkweed seeds. Milkweed plants are important for the Monarch butterflies. It is the only plant the Monarch butterflies lay their eggs on also the only plant that the caterpillars eat.❤️🦋

Thank you to the Perth Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW), for organizing this workshop for our Grade 3/4 students and for all they do for our school.
