We are a non-profit, community-governed organization that provides medical services to our patients and community health promotion programs.
On April 6th, the Lanark site of ConnectWell Community Health will be replacing the generator. The power to the building will be turned off and therefore we are closed for in person appointments.
The phones will continue to be answered, and staff are available by phone to speak with you. Please call 613-259-2182 to speak with a ConnectWell staff.
We will return to regular hours on Tuesday, April 7th.
Friday, April 3rd: Office closed for Good Friday.
Monday, April 6th: Office closed, phones answered 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
