Ready for clearer skin? Laser hair removal is a powerful tool in addressing hyperpigmentation.
Here’s the game plan:
- Opt for 6-12 sessions tailored to your genetic and hormonal factors. (This client completed 4 sessions).
- Space sessions 6-8 weeks apart to target hair growth effectively.
- Enhance your results by using topicals loaded with potent ingredients like AHAs, BHAs, Vitamin A/Retinol, and Melanogenesis inhibitors. (This client was not using any topicals prior to photo, however, she and I decided to add Dermaceutic’s Activ Retinol 0.5 to take her overall skin and results to the next level).
- Other options to elevate your skincare game are Dermaceutic’s Radiance (packed with Kojic acid, Niacinamide, Salicylic acid, and Mandelic acid) and Mela Cream (infused with Niacinamide, Retinol, Salicylic acid, Mandelic acid, Phytic acid, and Licorice extract). You can purchase these products on my website www.deeperthanskin.ca/store or by using the link in bio.

Just one DPN treatment with the NdYAG and she’s glowing! ✨
Laser technology effectively removes DPN lesions.
Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN) are benign skin growths seen as pigmented or skin-colored papules. They typically appear on the face, neck, upper back, and chest, with a higher prevalence in Fitzpatrick skin types III to VI, often in individuals of African and Asian descent, starting around age 20. DPNs are linked to genetics, with UV exposure and age potentially influencing their development. To prevent recurrence, use broad-spectrum SPF.
