I’ve been quiet for a while… and I want to share and be fully authentic and not sit here and pretend life has been a cake walk for any of us whether you know me personally or not 🔥💖

The last couple of months cracked my world wide open.

My mom had a stroke and passed suddenly which has exposed so much family dynamics that would blow your mind, I turned 50, I had to back out of my booth at the Horse Expo which was a dream for the past couple years, my corporate digital farming career ended on March 31 and I had to buy my beloved 20yr old horse Tinman back from a situation and Im now upto 6 horses!!

It has really taken something for me to get out of bed and still attempt to thrive.

I can’t even articulate the lessons I’ve learned and the places in myself I’ve been forced to have a look at.

Grief doesn’t arrive politely. It doesn’t wait until your schedule clears. It walks straight into your life, rearranges the furniture, and then dares you to find your footing again.

But here’s the strange, & also sacred thing I’ve noticed…Grief also refines you. In ways I could never have imagined…. It burns away the noise. The people-pleasing. The hesitation. The frenimies…… The parts of you that were living halfway. What’s left is something quieter… but sharper. Stronger. More certain.

I am not the same woman I was a few months ago. And honestly… I don’t want to be. I’ve had a bazillion hours of coaching and there’s a steadiness in me now. A deeper trust in my own voice. A kind of power that only comes from walking through fire and realizing you didn’t disappear — you became.

It has shocked and delighted me to see the people that have showed up for me and those that didn’t. I am so greatful for the women who really have a stand for my well-being in this life experience. It’s been humbling, grounding, and healing in ways I didn’t expect.

There’s also really something about rebuilding a horse while you’re rebuilding yourself… no shortcuts, just patience and truth that have led me to a deep remembering that has literally changed my cellular structure.

And now… I’m ready to come back. Ready to create. Ready to pour this new version of me into Ranch Candy and Roughcut Herbals. The timing is ironic as I walk through my gardens seeing my medicinals already popping up and thriving ready to blossom.
