Hey folks!
Unfortunately, there’s some electrical work being done on my oven this week. I’m hoping baking can resume tomorrow evening — I’ll keep you all updated.
In the meantime, there will be no bagels for the PG Urban Shroomery or The Open Door Cafe tomorrow. I know this is a dark time for all of us. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks so much for your understanding!

Today the bagels at PG Urban Shroomery are packed in 2-packs instead of 4 — so you can mix it up and get more variety for your dollar! (Definitely not because I ran out of big bags 😉)
