The University of Florida College of Medicine Celebration of Research is their annual event recognizing their college’s research excellence.
They aim to establish new collaborations and celebrate existing ones among faculty, postdocs, and graduate students — inspiring all their learners to become successful lifetime researchers.
However, with more than 500 research posters and more than 1,000 attendees, their celebration requires a high level of organization.
"The Fourwaves platform has centralized everything into one convenient location, both for organizers and attendees.
Our team is able to efficiently review posters submitted by investigators and make them public to view on the day of the event.
