This custom light fixture was the very first selection for our Westlake renovation—setting the tone for everything that followed. A soft blend of pinks, greys, and bronze blown glass… feminine, layered, and quietly striking.

After nearly a year of delays and more than a few empty promises, it was finally installed just two weeks ago.

And the best part?
Our client said it was completely worth the wait.

There’s something special about seeing a vision come full circle—this piece didn’t just finish the space, it fulfilled it.

Custom walnut under stair storage transforms what was once overlooked space into a moment of quiet luxury.

The staircase becomes a design feature in its own right, with custom curved walnut Newell posts and sculptural metal spindles introducing a soft, rhythmic flow. Applied wall mouldings add architectural depth and a tailored finish, elevating this transitional space with intention.

Finished with a cozy chair, this tucked-away corner becomes a thoughtful pause within the home—calm, refined, and quietly elevated.
