🚰🛠 Washer Repair & Maintenance Alert! 🛠🚰

A customer contacted us after their washing machine stopped working and displayed E1 and F9 error codes. These codes usually indicate slow draining water.

✅ We carefully disassembled the washer
✅ Cleared blockages from the drain & cleaned the pump trap
✅ When reassembling, we found the water shut-off valve was seized and broke, so we replaced it on the spot

💡 Helpful Tips:
• One of the most common causes of E1 or F9 codes is using too much detergent or using regular soap instead of HE (High Efficiency) detergent. HE soaps are formulated with enzymes to break down dirt with minimal suds, which helps your washer drain properly and last longer.

• Exercise your water shut-off valves! Periodically opening and closing them keeps them from seizing up. This simple step can prevent leaks or breakage when you really need to shut off the water.
