Get ready to dance again! 💃🏼
This time, I will be running two levels! If you want to spend more time working on the basics of body movements, choose the movement class! If you feel like you’ve learned how to move your body, or you have taken soul stir for a long time and just want to focus on more challenging choreo, choose the choreo class!

Both classes will have fun warm ups with good music. The movement class will then focus on working through the movements used in the combo, and ending with a short combo!

The choreo class will jump straight from a warm up to choreo, challenging the dancers each week!

Soul Stir is for the ladies looking to come back to their bodies, build their confidence, get a great workout, and have fun! The style of dance can be similar to a street jazz, but I keep it open based on what the class is wanting. At the end of the day, the style will be focused on motivating music and body movements that feel good!

My focus in teaching is always to make sure you have a good time, to help you learn foundational Hip Hop moves, to give you choreography that is achievable and to give you something to practice to improve!

Excited to bring back some Hip Hop classes!!! There will be two levels to choose from, beg/inter or advanced!
Beginner/ intermediate is for the adult who either never learned Hip Hop dance, or maybe danced a long time ago and wants a fun way to get dancing again!!
The advanced is for the adult who has kept up dancing, or hasn’t taken as long as a break and wants a challenge with choreography.
Whichever one you choose, I guarantee you will have a great time 😎
