Before with the factory lining in the hood and after with the blue marble print lining. All this was made from end of the bolt fabric. I will in future be replacing body and sleeve lining once I find right material.
Now story time: This bunny hug (or hoodie if you are not from SK) I have owned since 2010. It is still in good condition besides the lining. I didn't just want to throw it out. With so much fabric and clothes being tossed in the landfill, the least I can do is my small part in the environment and upcycle.

💸 ⛾New sewing machine part now installed! I have had my Janome since 2014. But honestly this work horse has seen better days. The needle plate was quite damaged and causing me to skip stitches.
Ordered the part and 2 weeks later it is now here and installed. Just in time as my inherited Janome now needs a servicing & and you can see half the pile of what I need to sew and fix. Haha
Happy sewing to me!

DIY Recycle tote bag 🌷
The cat girl print was off a torn bag from a Calgary Comic years ago. I only saved the bag for the print. So I remade the bag with scrap vinyl and a canvas.
The bag itself is 15" x 6"
