A surprise re-sheet on this small 9/12 roof.
The old shingles were hardly holding on and so were the roof boards on the south side.
The replacement turned out immaculate!

Some 11/12, Two-Storey Action
This emergency replacement was taken over from another roofer who left this homeowner high and dry with terrible workmanship.
Upon arrival, the side captured in this video was completed in the same day by myself and the south side was finished the following day with the crew.
Always hire a professional roofer that has invested in their business and has prepared themselves for the job at hand.

This leak was unseen on the interior and went on long enough to rot away part of the truss. The shingles were not extremely curled either upon arrival.

Another gorgeous replacement completed early July!
Between the intensity of the heat and rain this year, we are building new skills to strengthen our ambitions.
This job was well executed, we completed all major components before a pause of rain and finished before end of day.

For an added safety measure we had a few nails hold some roofing underlayment at the eave to catch our debris. This chimney removal service was not as easy as predicted but the experience was definitely enjoyed!
