We were welcomed to their beautiful location, enjoyed a guided potting, snacks, and great company.

This Thursday local home educating students gathered for a celebration of the literary arts!
The south Saskatchewan river provided a picturesque backdrop at to a sunny afternoon listening to local author read her prairie inspired collection of books which are written, illustrated and printed in Saskatoon! The children asked questions and had the opportunity to create beautiful painted watercolor bookmarks.

Spring Adventures Await! 🌿
Our May calendar is officially here! There is nothing quite like a spring morning spent exploring with friends. We are so excited to head to Hillside for some botanical beauty and dive into local history at the Forestry Farm House.
*Exciting news: Registration for our Hillside visit is now open to the public until Friday, April 10!*
🗓 May 5: Mother’s Day at Hillside
🗓 May 15: Friends of the Forestry Farm House
EDIT: both field trips are now CLOSED.
These trips are a special way for kids to connect with nature and each other. We can’t wait to see you there!
