Hello! It’s me, Charis Bauer, the creator of Nonna Energy. This past weekend I baked and sold my 100th loaf of sourdough since I started counting in January of this year. Kind of a big deal!

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey, from buying my wares, liking and sharing my posts, offering words of encouragement. It means a lot and I am grateful for all of you. Here’s to the next 100! ✌️
