Jealousy isn’t just insecurity… it’s information.
In this episode, I break down what jealousy actually is, where it comes from, and why so many of us were never taught how to handle it. Instead of judging it or hiding it, what if we learned to listen to it?
Because jealousy doesn’t make you a bad person.
It points to something you care about, something you fear losing, or something you believe you’re lacking.
The real question is: what is it trying to show you?
We’re getting honest about comparison, social media, relationships, and the quiet thoughts people don’t like to admit out loud. No shame—just awareness and growth.
This is the space where we talk less about each other… and more to each other.
🎧 Tune in, reflect, and be real with yourself.
And I want to hear from you—when was the last time you felt jealous, and what do you think was underneath it?

Are you having trouble navigating the system? Do you live in fear because you are being controlled by a system you cannot understand? I can help! Talk Safe To Me is not only a podcast but a self-advocacy consulting and coaching company trying to fill that void.
Democracy means power of the people, not power of the person. Therefore, if we want change, we need to unify and work together.
Something exciting is shifting with the podcast…
Over the last little while, I’ve been receiving more and more messages, questions, and topic requests from you all—and I want to genuinely say thank you for that.
It’s turned this podcast into something even more meaningful than I originally imagined. These conversations aren’t just mine anymore… they’re becoming ours.
So going forward, I’m going to be rolling episodes out more regularly and building upcoming episodes directly from the topics you’re asking for.
That means this space is officially opening up even more.
If there’s something you’ve been thinking about, questioning, or wanting to understand on a deeper level—send me a DM with your topic ideas. Seriously. No idea is too big, too small, or too “random.” A lot of the most powerful episodes come from real questions people are already sitting with.
And if you’ve already sent me something—there’s a good chance it’s already on the list.
This next episode is actually one of your requests, and I’m excited to keep building from there.
So keep them coming.
Upcoming episodes from your requests:
-You don’t have to wait to be happy
-Hidden visual meanings
-Managed Decline
-Changing Anxiety into Excitement
-Defining the new meaning of Morality
-Finding comfort in silence
Let’s make this a space where curiosity turns into conversation—and conversation turns into clarity.
Thank you for being here and for shaping this with me.

I am applying for small business grants and am thinking about the quality of my proposal. And, I thought, who better to ask than my beautiful friends and family on here? So without further ado:
I have lived a life shaped by anxiety, abuse, and systems that weren’t built to protect me. From panic attacks triggered by a home invasion to countless abusive relationships, I learned early that surviving often means fighting for yourself.
Born in Saskatoon to Ukrainian ancestry, I grew up balancing city life and the family farm. While other kids had playdates and pets, I changed diapers, baked cakes, and picked eggs. My upbringing, however, instilled resilience, a strong work ethic, and an understanding of trauma—not just personal, but intergenerational.
My turning point came during an LSAT study break. Outside my apartment, I met a young homeless man, 25, running from the justice system and battling childhood addiction. I couldn’t walk away. I became his advocate—contacting his family, speaking with his parole officer, and ultimately preparing a Gladue Report that secured his release. That moment redirected my path from law school to advocacy, revealing the reality of Saskatchewan’s justice system: it isn’t designed to help—it's designed for you to help yourself.
I recently graduated with a BA in Sociology (Honors) with a minor in criminal law and justice studies, and completed my Gladue Report Writer Certification. Additionally, this inspired my self-advocacy consulting and coaching business. I empower clients—especially those navigating complex systems—to understand their rights, regain confidence, and transform anxiety into action. I also host a podcast called Talk Safe To Me to provide practical tools, guidance, and mentorship that help communities reclaim control of their people.
With the Small Business Grant, I would open a physical office, hire and train community workers, and expand programs that extend advocacy, education, and empowerment to more people. This grant would not just grow my business—it would give others the tools I once lacked, helping them fight for themselves and thrive.
My vision is a community where self-advocacy is a skill, not a privilege, where systemic barriers are met with knowledge and support, and where everyone has access to guidance, empowerment, and hope. This grant would be a pivotal step toward transforming lived experience into real-world change.
Still taking this in…
I’ve been invited to speak at the 6th Global Women Power Summit on Leadership in New York — and honestly, what an incredible honour.
To be recognized on a global stage, surrounded by powerful, driven women who are actively shaping the future of leadership… it’s something I don’t take lightly.
This isn’t just a moment — it’s a reminder of why I use my voice, why I stand in self-advocacy, and why I refuse to stay silent.
Grateful. Humbled. And ready to show up fully.
New York — I’m coming. 🖤
