Eligibility
Minimum Age: 20 years
Education: O-Level, A-Level, HSC, or Graduation in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred
Freshers are encouraged to apply, especially candidates with O-Level/A-Level backgrounds or excellent spoken English skills
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada.
Communicate effectively using provided scripts and guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
