Today we say farewell to our first and longest standing employee, Ryan. We are sad to see you go, but wish you all the best in your new endeavour. Thank you for all of your hard work and positive energy. You will be missed!

This post illustrates the process we use to prep the subfloor so it is flat and level allowing for a high quality tile installation.

1. Floor is checked to determine the highest point. Spray foam is used around the perimeter of the room to seal any points where floor leveller could seep out.
2.Screws and a level are used to "peg" the various height differences throughout the room.
3. Floor is primed with EZ Flow floor primer.
4. EZ Flow floor leveller is our preferred product choice.
5. Product is mixed thoroughly to achieve a consistent fluid mix.
6. EZ Flow is poured in one continuous pour. This usually requires two people to have continuous buckets being mixed depending on the size of the room.
7. Floor leveller is troweled out to meet the tops of thew screw heads.
8. A spike roller is used to remove air bubbles and encourage product to level out.
9. Allow leveller to set over night. Close windows and refrain from using a fan to speed drying. This can cause product to dry unevenly.
