Know what drives you to push through the tough times, the days where you donât feel like doing what you need to do, and the mornings you donât feel like getting out of bed. đ¤
Hold onto your PURPOSE for dear life, and always ask yourself whether you are living the life you have or want to create for yourself.
Whether thatâs getting up early to get to the gym before the work day, scheduling extra practice time to hone your craft, or simply showing up for your family, friends, colleagues, or clients⌠reminding yourself why you do what you do is key to sustaining growth and CONSISTENCY âď¸

Motivation is OVERRATED đ¨
Sure, motivation is great, but itâs difficult to maintain for long periods of time. Itâs more likely that motivation levels rise and fall, and even drop off altogether.
We need something to keep us going on the days we donât have any motivation. We need something that will get us through the task, the workout, the day despite the countless excuses we make up about why we shouldnât show up.
If you build habits and routines, then you have a type of automated system for your brain to default to DO rather than DONT.
When our actions become habit or routine, the resistance to âdoingâ becomes a lot smaller.
Build systems to stay consistent and sustain improvement for long-term success đ
