Yesterday was International Inuit Day, in the midst of all the beautiful sharing and celebrations yesterday, I managed to forgot to post this wish for all Inuit and allies to have a beautiful Inuit Day here on the formal UIIP fb page. Today Sept. 26th is the official kick off to this meaningful workshop series.

Reclaiming Inuit culture one beat at a time, one song at a time is the beginning process for healing. Through cultural community connection events like this, we are embracing generational healing, but it takes effort, support, and opportunities like this.

Thank you to to those who came, survived and thrived before us, our resilient communities today, the funding bodies that have helped to make our efforts even more attainable. Also, to those who share, pass along their abilities and gifts.
