I have a really hard time on Monday’s!
The weekend is never long enough and sometimes we need a day to recover from the weekend.
But for the 13 months I’ve had the perfect remedy for the Monday blues!

I start my days with a fun Make it Count class with a group of people that make Mondays brighter!

This class makes me feel good about myself and gives me energy that lasts the whole day!

And, I know that the day will only get better!
I always have a good day when I know we have Zumba in the evening!

Mondays are extra special because I see people in my class that I don’t get to see other days!

So, please join us! Give it a try and see how much fun it is to do it from the comfort of your home!
