We’re back in the Alderwood neighbourhood with another Lot Sever project which divides a 50’ lot into 2 parcels to create 2-storey duplexes. The basement has a 1 bed, 1 bath rental unit along with a 1-car garage. The ground floor has an open concept design with a living/dining room, kitchen, and family room along with a powder room. The second floor has a total of 4 beds and 2 baths. The exteriors are done in contrasting colours with an overall modern style.

The ground floor has an open concept design with a living/dining room, kitchen, and family room along with a powder room. The second floor has a total of 4 beds and 2 baths. The exteriors are different for each house with the left house taking on a contemporary style and the right house taking on a transitional style.
