I think this is probably my second favourite project I’ve done , it’s not in second place, it’s top 2 .
Soon enough this one and my newest project CRYSTALLINE will be my top two ,
And MA’AT BLACK , a mixtape project I made in 2020 will fall from the top 2 placement .
MA’AT BLACK has a special vibe to the entire project and , although there are one or two songs I don’t like much when looking back, that project was a lot of fun for me , and I got to explore a darker overall tone and set of themes that I still often explore in my newer work in different ways .
Anyway, this project here, is deeply introspective and contemplative .
The beats are all very simple as I was still early in my production and learning , (still am really) but the simplicity of the beats was also a direct choice, I like classic basic Hiphop/rock style drums that don’t go too crazy, and I like relaxed jazz/blues type drums as well , with these songs it was about the depth, and the simplicity which provides a space for that depth to be felt not just heard, in my opinion anyway.

There are some fun songs in this project as well, and I also pushed myself to make a couple of songs that are just kind of weird and silly, like delirious, or torpedo brawl .
Anyway , you’ve heard some of these songs in my reels, and I’ll be sharing those reels again over the next while to continue promoting this project in the hopes that it receives more of the love it deserves . 🙂 have a great day guys .
