Today was a long one.

I recently started a new contract and was feeling a bit overwhelmed and inadequate.

But then the owner of the company said a few little words that reminded me that I am capable and I know my sh*t. She made me forget my doubts and get back to doing what I do - and with confidence.

She took the time to recognize that I was a bit out of sorts, shared some insights and reminded me of my talents and worth.

She brought me back to a place of confidence. She reminded me of why she hired me and how happy she was after just a few days.

She lifted me up.

She didn’t need to, but she did.

She rose to lift me.

That’s a pretty incredible person in my eyes. That’s a strong woman that knows HER worth.
