At 51, my top motivation to exercise is simple: I want to feel good. Lately, I've noticed some random aches and pains popping up. I have no idea where half of them come from. But hey, that’s what happens as we age—hello, diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension knocking on the door. But guess what? We can kick them out with a little regular exercise!

So, I’m inviting everyone to start somewhere. And if you're younger, well, look at you—getting ahead of the curve! At my age, I’m not chasing a size or trying to get a big butt (though, if that happens, I'm not complaining!). No, I’m chasing something more important: my health. And trust me, mental health counts too! Life can throw curveballs, and working out has been my secret weapon to stay sane and strong when things get tough.

You’re probably wondering, “Where do I start?” Easy! Reach out to Fitfabforties Peshie. She offers personalized online sessions for all fitness levels, so no one gets left behind. Plus, her aftercare accountability group is the real game-changer. It’ll keep you motivated, and we all know how important that is when the couch is calling your name!

So, let’s get moving—our health deserves it!
