Wow 😳 what a crazy year!

Single family home results:
Average price of a detached home was just over $1.5M = 28.8% increase👍
Average price of a semi detached home was just under $1.2 = 25.6% increase👍
Town homes average price was just under $1M = 29.4% increase👍
The condo segment results:
Overall, average sales price increased ⬆️ by 18.5%. Average price forDecember was just under $712K.
Overall the story📖 for this month🗓 remains the same as I’ve been stating for the past months. Currently with 0.54 months of inventory, we are still in a strong sellers market! So, if you were contemplating when to sell, NOW 🙋🏻♂️may be your best option!
