AR LEADS is looking for an Executive/ Senior Executive - Sales & Partnership

Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and build client relationships via networking, outreach and referrals.
* Conduct needs assessments and present tailored agency solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with client needs and agency goals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies and proposals.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
* Experience in sales, particularly with a software company (preferred).
* Proficient in English, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and quick learner.
* Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
