Happy Eclipse!
I shot this, right from my driveway, a scant few minutes ago. I am fortunate to have an extremely old piece of Tiffen Photar filter glass, which let me fire off this shot.
Unfortunately, I chipped this filter shortly after I made the shot. The chip is on the edge and shouldn't affect any future eclipse shots. I'll put it away now for safe keeping. ;)
Note: It's incredibly difficult focusing on the sun without blinding yourself. Even with special glass, it's a major feat for a novice/hobbyist.
