Our sound journeys are usually about an hour and its all about relaxation.
All the music are performed live. Using a multitude of ancient and hand made instruments to transport the participants into an otherworldly dreamlike state. These instruments have the power to transmit frequencies that have a deeply calming effect on the human nervous system.
The sound is kept at a very subtle level, at no time becoming loud or intrusive. The sound is constant, and assists the participants to forget the density of the physical body.
