Mental Health Week is a reminder that supporting student well-being also means practicing self-care.
Educators give so much energy, compassion, patience, creativity, and care each day. This week and beyond, we encourage you to make space for moments that help you recharge, reflect, and reconnect with what supports your own well-being.

Participants participated in our interactive ⭐ Daily Physical Activity: Thinking Outside the Gym ⭐ workshop.
Peel District School Board teachers, administrators and community partners had an opportunity to learn how to meaningfully embed physical activity across the school day.
