Vest energy is strong, but while waiting for the colour samples i began a cardigan and have nearly finished it. Ran out of yarn for sleeve so back to the vest!

Meanwhile the colour samples have arrived and they are so beautiful and varied — I can definitely see a long sleeved pullover also.

This alpaca cotton is very interesting — very soft and cozy with structured core, and rustic stitches with very elegant halo. There is an additional tonal dimension happening that is less visible in the white and more noticeable in some of the more colourful versions — I’ll make swatches soon.

I am enjoying very much the process of studying and practicing different shaping and silhouettes. Always a slow process but worth it.
