What a complex share. I’ve been drafting this post for a while and have been conflicted in a variety of ways. May this collage serve as an expression of that complexity.

What to say, when so much still needs to be done?

What to say, when the world still doesn’t address feminism from an intersectional perspective?

What I can say is how much I love being a woman and how honoured I am to be in the presence of so many amazing women. There are so many powerful, bold, and unapologetic women I’m proud to know that teach me something new every day. I am in awe of the women who have knocked down walls and paved the way for the women of today, from the cover girls to the pioneers of business; the artists and the change-makers.

While I acknowledge the problems and hurdles we still face, I take comfort in knowing how many bad-ass women are here today to make impactful changes and shatter the glass ceilings above us.

Two things can be true at once. This is something my therapist tells me a lot, and I’ve applied it like hot sauce (on everything) ever since. Let’s apply, move and conquer.

okay, I’m back, and I promise I have a good explanation.

the last few months have been wild to say the very least. we went through a very terrible, bad, no-good situation re: agency life in Toronto being a sh*tshow of toxicity - then found solace in realizing it was the universe pointing in the right direction (aka finding my dream agency, team and new friends). if you’re going through something similar, please know it’s all for a bigger reason. 🤝🏽

all to say - I’m in my happy place! I have an epic team at my full-time job that genuinely cares for each other and has an ethical core. we also happen to kick ass at PR.😌

I’ve been soaking up sun and reimagining my plans for the future. I’m feeling creative again. I’m back, and promise to bring even better content, insights, bts of some super cool clients and MORE. I’ve even added new services to my roster which I’ll announce soon.👀

all to say, again, if you’ve held on this journey with me - thank you. your support means the world and we’re just getting started. let’s reinvent your brand + biz together, k?
