My initial reaction ! I WAS MORTIFIED !

👉I have been in the industry for over 25 years +
I have never ever been left completely heartbroken with a guest. I have never will never bad mouth or trash another hairdresser

➡️ BUT…as a professional business owner of Milanohair_extensions | hairdresser …. this was completely unacceptable unprofessional behavior for our industry.

➡️ the previous unprofessional Hairdresser had colored and highlighted her hair which left her hair a mess !

➡️ Her hair was completely mangled matted her hair extensions were glued into her own hair…. YES you read correctly! Not sure what kind of glue …. But it was glue even in the tape weft ..
