While shopping at for their customer appreciation day, our grocery cart gave us away.

Mario and I aren’t all the way vegan yet our cart was filled with vegan items.

And it created an opportunity for Alex to start a conversation with us.

This conversation allowed us to share our beliefs and even afforded us the opportunity to invite him and his significant other to a health series about boosting your immune system currently happening at our church .

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve heard me say it before that the grocery store is one of the best places to approach someone and today you got to see how it worked for us.

So the next time you go to the grocery store, start a conversation by asking a question or making a comment about what someone has in their cart or in their hand.
