Break time. The back to back are plenty and I’ve developed a few to my and effectiveness. Having a standing desk helps, as I can change positions often to stay engaged.

Still, I make it a point to and at least once a day - this entails sitting in a chair and listening to a song, headphones in, eyes close, relaxed, focusing loosely on my breath while thinking about things I ❤️. After the song I slowly open my eyes, strech and get back to it.

Whenever things start moving fast, I slow down and ground, I’ve found that by taking this time to pause work can become play and the obstacles become the way.
