It's my Ma's Birthday tomorrow. I thought to start her 75th Birthday dinner a bit early.

Base - mushroom & garlic, redwine reduction, homemade chicken broth Risotto.

Middle - pan seared cod with a butter, lemon juice glaze.

Topped - with a few other ginger battered tiger shrimp.

Paried - sautéed and baked, homegrown cherry tomatoes w/ portobello mushrooms marinated in ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and butter l.

Seared Chicken Breast, sliced with mozzarella cheese, Potato Gratin, Mushroom Gravy & Pickled Carrots.
