Atma Things
Atma means Spirit. Anything I create comes from my spirit and is meant to carry on the light of love and healing onto you.
One of the biggest fears people bring into this work is the fear of losing control.
In reality, what often emerges isn't a loss of control, but an opportunity to see yourself more clearly.
In this video, I share what psilocybin-assisted therapy actually feels like, what remains within your control, and why creating a safe, supportive environment matters so much.
I'd love to hear your thoughts or questions below.
Psilocybin-assisted therapy is often studied for how it may support self-awareness and emotional understanding. While experiences are highly individual and take place in controlled clinical settings, research and participant reports often highlight a few common themes:
1. **Increased self-awareness**
People often describe a heightened ability to observe their thoughts and patterns without immediately reacting to them.
2. **Greater emotional clarity**
It may help individuals better recognize, process, and understand emotions that were previously suppressed or difficult to access.
3. **Shift in perspective**
Many report seeing personal experiences from a new angle, which can support reframing long-held beliefs about themselves or their lives.
4. **Reduced mental rigidity**
Studies suggest it may temporarily soften rigid thought patterns, allowing for more openness and reflection.
5. **Strengthened sense of connection**
Some individuals experience a deeper sense of connection to themselves, others, and their environment, which can support personal insight.
Psilocybin is being researched as a tool that may help create space for reflection and self-discovery when used in safe, guided, clinical environments. It is not a standalone solution, but part of a broader therapeutic process.
Understanding your mind is often less about escaping it, and more about learning how to truly see it.

Aromatherapy is highly underrated because it acts as a direct, non-invasive pathway to calm the brain. When inhaled, aromatic molecules stimulate the olfactory system, instantly triggering the brain's emotional and memory centers. This offers a powerful, accessible tool for rapid nervous system regulation, stress relief, and cognitive grounding.
We don’t need to depend on products to feel grounded, calm, or connected. Some of the most powerful tools are completely free, like our breath, a quiet moment, a slower pace, and the willingness to be present with ourselves.
That said, these bed and body mists are a beautiful way to add a little luxury to the processl. A gentle spritz can help signal to your body that it’s time to unwind, get comfortable, and soften into the moment. Pair it with a few deep breaths, and let it become an invitation to slow down, settle in, and return to yourself.
